This includes, but is not limited to, personalized designs, such as Moon Phase jewelry created according to a specific date or custom-made jewelry based on individual requests.
2. Order Confirmation: Upon placing a custom order, you agree that all details provided are accurate. We will send you an order confirmation via email with the specifics of your request. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation and notify us of any discrepancies or necessary modifications within 2 days of receipt.We kindly ask you to carefully review and approve these designs promptly, as changes may not be possible once production has commenced.
3. Design Approvals: For custom-made designs, we may provide design proofs or sketches for your approval before crafting the final piece. Please carefully review and approve these designs, as changes may not be possible after production begins.
4. Handcrafted Variations: All our jewelry pieces are handcrafted with meticulous care and attention. As such, each piece is unique and may exhibit slight variations from the product images displayed on our website. These variations highlight the artisanal craftsmanship of our work, making each piece distinct.
